Yumm! I would marinate for up to 2-3 hours rather than 30 minutes. And serve with a saucer with warm butter! Delicious. Goes great with anything.

Simple yet amazing recipe. It was our first ime grilling shrimp but it will not be our last. I marinated the shrimp for a couple of hours and it was perfect. So perfect, I really did not want to share.

My family really enjoyed this (i myself am a vegetarian and dont eat shrimp) and even my very picky brother had several helpings! I used 1/2 butter 1/2 olive oil and cooked the shrimp in a skillet and made extra marinade to use as a sauce for angel hair pasta. And it was very easy to make!

My husband and son enjoyed the shrimp. I did sprinkle some "Chef Paul" magic seasoning blends - "Seafood Magic" just for some added flavor.

This was a wonderful marinade recipe! I didn't have fresh parsley so used 2 Tbls. of dried parley instead (3 looked like too much). Grilled to perfection!

I made a sample for myself before trying it for a crowd and it was so good I wish I made more. I halved the Olive Oil with Butter and didn't skewer, just used an oiled grill grate.

I used butter, and added parsley, thyme and oregano to the mix. These are the best grilled shrimp ever! My husband, who hasn't enjoyed shrimp in 20 years, loved them! A serious winner!

One of the best parts of shrimp scampi is all the lemony-buttery goodness. By draining the marinade, you lose all that flavor! I think we would have liked this better sauteed in a pan. Like some previous reviewers, I used half olive oil and half butter.

This recipe was very easy to make and turned out very tasty! You just have to be sure not to cook the shrimp too long - it really only takes a few minutes! The shrimp are best eaten ASAP as they get cold quickly. I made this recipe once for tailgating and once at home for guests and both times it went over well - I'll be making it again!

This is wonderful. So easy, so delicious! I took another reviewers suggestion by changing it to half oil, half butter. The butter definitely added to the flavor. This is going on my "make for parties" list.

Super easy and my husband said it tasted like it came from a restaurant. We didn't have skewers so we grilled them in our veggie basket, they were fantastic.
