This was very good. I used one of the fajita marinades as well (the one on this website with beer and cilantro as ingredients) and I marinated the shrimp for an hour and a half or so. My boyfriend helped with cooking the bacon, so wrapping the shrimp was actually very simple with toothpicks. I just through them on the grill and continued to marinate them, I didn't use a stick I cooked the onions and peppers separately. I ate most of the shrimp separate from the tortilla, honestly it would make a better appetizer.
