i didnt grill them since it is freezing outside. neither did i wrap the shrimp with the bacon. but other than that i followed the recipe exactly. my husband said they were okay. but we didnt eat the left-overs. i didnt like them. i didnt like the idea of the bbq sauce with the fajitas. they dont seem to go together.

These are delicious. I did a few things different as it is too cold to grill right now. I omitted the bbq sauce and just sauteed the veggies and shrimp in fajita seasoning, it worked out well. To save time I bought cooked shrimp, and they only needed sauteed for about 2 minutes, so I added them in about 10 minutes after I started the veggies. The bacon adds a nice flavor.

This was very good. I used one of the fajita marinades as well (the one on this website with beer and cilantro as ingredients) and I marinated the shrimp for an hour and a half or so. My boyfriend helped with cooking the bacon, so wrapping the shrimp was actually very simple with toothpicks. I just through them on the grill and continued to marinate them, I didn't use a stick I cooked the onions and peppers separately. I ate most of the shrimp separate from the tortilla, honestly it would make a better appetizer.

This was awesome! Lots of work wrapping the shrimp with the bacon strips but well worth it. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I modified the recipe a bit -Instead of barbeque sauce I marinated the shrimp in fajita marinade using the Fajita Marinade I recipe found on this site. I added some cilantro to the marinade and marinaded the shrimp and some pork strips for 2 hours. The marinade added enough flavor that I didn't need the bbq sauce. I will say wrapping those shrimp with bacon added a nice smoky flavor to the fajitas that was wonderful. My family loved this and we will definitely make this again!

SO GOOD! We made these a month or two ago, and we're making them again tonight. All I can say is DELICIOUS--one of the best grill recipes I've tried.
