I'm not big on salmon but this recipe is truly excellent - great flavor and very easy - enjoy by everyone I've served it to.

Fantastic flavour. I let the salmon marinade for four hours and used Chili Sauce instead of tomatoe sauce.

Thanks for the recipe, KEVIN. Tastes like something my friend KERRY used to make. In fact, it is the exact same recipe. Imagine that. Wonderful, wonderful flavor. Highly recommended! Use FRESH ginger! KF
