I must admit, I have never liked Salmon and I don't like soy sauce. But my husband likes both, so I thought I'd try this. I followed the recipe exactly, except I left out the red pepper flakes and let it marinade for about 12 hours. It was really good! I would have liked to have seen it have more of the marinade flavor, so next time I'll try others' suggestions to wrap it in tin foil for most of the cooking time, then transfer it directly to the grill for the last few minutes. But this has been the best fish dinner I have made so far. Thank you!
