Prepared exactly per the recipe and let stand overnight. Grilled in a wire grilling device for easy of turning. This is by far the best recipe I have ever had for salmon. Highly recommend.

So good even for leftovers! I too didn't have time for marinade, but i stuck it in the fridge flesh side down in the juice for 30 mins or so then did the foil pouch thing and it was fantastic. Had left overs so heated them up right in the oven in the same pouch and fliped them to be skin side up half way through. I put in on a nice firm bread and drizzled the remainder of the juice and had a yummy treat! The skin came off so easily, just gently used the edge of a fork. Next time i'd like to try it with pepper for a nice spicy kick

Great recipe but because I was rushed I only had time to marinade it for 45 minutes. It was delicious! Next time I won't marinade it any longer as we liked the way it tasted.

Very good, but a bit sweet for my personal taste. I prefer a more savory. Next time I will just decrease the brown sugar a bit. Otherwise, very delicious!

I don't really like salmon, but I made this for my husband and he loved it. He said this is the way he wants his salmon cooked from now on. I only made two changes: I marinated it overnight instead of for 2 hours and cooked in a foil package in the oven instead of on the BBQ.

This is so good! And easy too. I used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. This is definately a keeper!

This was very easy and very tasty. Everyone who tried it really liked it. No modifications to the recipe. The next time I grill, I will put the salmon on some foil since the fish did break up on me and I lost some through the grates.

This marinade made some of the best salmon I've had, restaurant or home. I left it in for 24 hrs. and it was perfect. I wouldn't let it sit any longer though, or it will break down the meat too much. Delicious!

It's kind of hard to mess up such a yummy fish as salmon! Used 1/3c lemon juice and 1/4tsp pepper since I had no lemon pepper, 1/4c soy, and 2Tbsp. olive oil vs. vegetable oil. Had trouble with the fish on the grill, maybe next time we will put them in foil packets, leaving space for air to escape, either on the grill or in the oven at 425 for 15 min.

Outstanding! Neither my boyfriend and I are big fans of fish and this is now high on our list of favorite recipes. Turned out perfect without any modifications to the recipe. Enjoy.

This is a great basic recipe. I substituted maple syrup for brown sugar (skipping the water) and I used minced garlic and slivered almonds and some lime slices. Even without marinating this was great in the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.

Delicious! My husband loved it and he is a picky seafood eater. My teenagers won't go near seafood so I used the same marinade for a few chicken breasts. It was a hit overall!

Exquisite. Perfect, juicy and tender. We cooked it right on our fire pit flesh down first. I put a touch less soy sauce but other than that followed recipe exactly. Thank you for bringing me such full flavor!!! A new favorite!

The best recipe for salmon! I grilled it over charcoal and it turned out super even though I only marinated it for 1/2 hour and use regular black pepper.

This is awesome! I change nothing, recipe stays as is. My husband accidently blackened one side a little too much the first time he grilled (maybe because of the brown sugar?), and it was still amazing! I don't think you can ruin this. Five stars all the way.

I've made this twice for a BBQ and I cannot believe the raves I've received for it. Marinating it as long as possible and wrapping it in foil on the grill has proved worth it for me.
