This salmon was fantastic and the skin came off easily after it was cooked.

I was afraid I'd get too much of a sweetness or saltiness, but it came out loaded with this mellow blend of delicious flavors. THANKS. Will use often.

We used this recipe for our annual cookout, which is very large with many guests. The recipe was easy, which was what I needed since I had a lot of cooking to do. My husband and guests all said this was the best salmon they ever tasted. This dish will be included as a feature in our future events.

Best salmon I've ever had. My husband and mother who both do not like salmon, loved this salmon & have requested it! I marinate overnight, and grilled on a pan, pouring some leftover marinade on while grilling.

Very good, and outstanding recipe. Very easy to make. I grilled my salmon on the irons first for about 5mins on both sides, then place the salmons in a pan on the grill. Pour some of the marinade in the pan while on the grill. End result perfection.

Wonderful recipe. I eat salmon all the time and this was a nice twist. I marinated it in a 13x9 pan with the skin side up for about 3 hours. Then baked it on a foil-lined cookie sheet, skin side down, at 400 for 20 minutes. I let it rest for about 5 minutes before serving. The marinade left a nice carmelized glaze on the top. Excellent!

This was the first recipe I used to cook salmon, of which I've never been a big fan, but this is outstanding! It really doesn't need lemon pepper or salt. After only 2 hrs marinating it's perfect. I've also boiled the marinade and served it over the fish and rice- so delicious! Much better than paying big bucks in a restaurant for this quality. I will be making this for years to come!

This was one of the best salmon recipes I have ever made. Followed the recipe, and it was delicious. The skin just peeled off and it had a lot of flavor.

We loved this salty and sweet marinade! And the best part is the ingredients are items we always have on-hand. This was simple to prepare and delicious to eat. Thanks!

I omitted the lemon pepper, and used olive oil in place of vegetable oil. This was very good, and oh so easy! I couldn't give it the full five since my husband claims he favors the way I usually prepare it. But this will become our #1 "grilled" recipe. (As opposed to the oven recipe I use.)

Delicious and a big hit with my family. Baked instead of grilled. Put it in a foil packet WITH the marinade and sealed and cooked for about 20 min or so. So moist and tasted sooo good!

Prepared exactly as directed (except that I let it marinate a couple hours longer) and it was excellent. This will be my salmon recipe from now on, whether grilled or baked.
