Not too bad. The seasoning and marinade may have been overpowering for such a great fish.

Followed the ingredients but instead of grilling, baked at 500 for about 10 minutes. It was so easy and tasted great!

Great recipe! I'm not a big fish eater, and I really enjoyed this. My kids even liked it. I wrapped it in foil packets and baked in the oven at 450 for 13 minutes then unwrapped them sprinkled a little brown sugar over the top and broiled for couple minutes. Only thing I will do different next time is save a little of the marinade and drizzle over the top when its all done cooking.

Go easy on the salt or lessen the soy sauce a bit. Other than that, very yummy.

So I am not what you call a fish person but since fish cooks quickly and is healthy I figured after years of not eating fish I would give it a try. This was delicous. As the other reviewers suggested I cooked it in a foil packet as per the fish guy at the supermarket I cooked my piece for 25 minutes at 350. Next time I make this I am going to put brown sugar on top of the fish a couple minutes before finish and switch it to broil I think. Oh and pour more of the marinade in the packet to pour on the fish when it is on the plate.

The salmon lovers here enjoyed this! The others said it was just okay. I broiled the salmon on high for 8 minutes until golden. Served with Quick Brown Rice and Mushroom Pilaf with salad.

This was amazing! I like fish, but for those who don't, it really doesn't have that "fishy" taste to it. It actually kind of reminded me of grilled chicken. My only complaint is trying to eat around all the miniature bones, but that's a salmon issue... not the recipe's!

Extremely simple and amazing recipe...I dont have a grill so I put it in the oven at 425 for 12 min. Mine was a little well done for my tastes, so next time i will only do it for 10 min. the time depends on the size of the fillet. Definitely will make again. I might add some red pepper flakes to the marinade to give it a little kick.

Superb!!! I have several grilled salmon recipes, but this one has it all. It's as good as it's going to get. However, I do not use foil on the grill. I have 2 Weber charcoal grill, and cook over direct heat. If you want to "take it up a notch", soak some hickory chips in water for 30 minutes, and scatter them on the hot coals. Cover the grill, and as soon as you see some smoke put the salmon on the grill. You won't be sorry! If you have a gas grill, put the soaked chips in a foil package, poke holes in the bottom, and set the package over the spot where the gas ignites.

Didn't have time to marinade, so we brushed it on instead. Made a mess on the aluminum foil that was spread out over the grill grate, but still had a good taste, but not as strong as if it were marinaded. Great compliment to salmon's flavor.

Use this recipe on fresh salmon. It doesn't seem to work as well on frozen salmon that has been skinned.

Superb salmon recipe. I took the advice of another reviewer and baked it at 400 degrees for 20 minutes instead of grilling. Will definitely make again!
