4.5 Good flavor and very easy to prepare. Marinated the salmon for about 2 1/2 hours before hubby put them on the grill. Next time, I will add more seasoning to the fish as they are grilling as I think it needed just a touch more. Served with Garlic Rice and asparagus.

oh my goodness! this was delightful. i made the full amount of marinade for 1 lb. of salmon, and added flour to the remainder for a heavenly sauce for garlic lemon-pepper mashed potatoes. my husband is already planning to use the marinade for chicken and maybe even pork chops!

This is a great simple recipe for salmon. I think salmon tastes great on it's own so getting too fancy runs the risk of ruining it. I've got to say, you folks who are wrapping your fish in a little foil pouch, be brave, put it on the grill, directly on the grill, a charcoal grill. If you're going to trap it in foil why bother lighting a grill at all? GRILL it ON the grill, it's so delicious!

This is pretty great! I omitted the salt because of there being so much salt in the soy sauce and it was perfect. Couldn't improve on it if I tried.

We just ate this last night and it was AMAZING! I marinated it overnight and it was perfect. Since my husband and I don't like salmon too much (it tends to taste too fishy), but know we should eat it for better health, this recipe exceeded our expectations! Definately a 'must keep' recipe!

I do not eat fish. That being said, this was wonderful. Even my 3 year old scarfed it up and wanted more. I did not have lemon pepper so I added pepper and the juice of one lemon to the marinade.

I was looking for a quick and easy way to make some salmon and found this recipe. Due to lack of time and lack of ingredients, I ended up having to eliminate the soy sauce (and am SO glad I did!!). I put the salmon in a baking pan, poured the marinade over it and broiled it for approximately 10 minutes. Came out perfect! Will definitely make again!

Excellent! Followed recipe except used olive oil instead of vegetable. Cooked on foil on the grill. I only marinated for about 20 minutes because it was a last minute decision, but I saved a little marinade aside to pour over fish when done. Next time I'll marinate longer because I'm sure it would be even better, but it was yummy this way too. I made with the roasted asparagus from this site. I'm trying to get more fish and vegies into my diet, so this will be a regular on my menu.

This was a good, middle-of-the road marinade. A little sweet, a little zip, some soy sauce flavor. I didn't have lemon pepper so I added a little lime zest. It was actually pretty good.

Absolutely perfect marinade. I used olive oil instead of the other. I made this with Nutty Basmati Pilaf from Recipezaar - except that I omitted her spices, and added onion, carrot, peas, snap peas, and 1/4 cup of this marinade as part of the cooking liquid. It was an AWESOME dinner. Next time, I would use 1/2 c of the marinade in the rice - it could definitaly hold up to the flavors.

because of the health benefits, I have tried (unsuccessfully) to get my husband to eat salmon. He just wasn't crazy about it until I tried this recipe. I used the sockeye salmon and it was really good, he even said he would definately eat it again! Yeah!

Outstanding! Just made it today. My girlfriend "doesn't like fish", and she liked it a lot. It's perfect for outdoor activities where some people don't appreciate good fish. I love pacific salmon with just lemon, or just broiled; but this was delicious! And so effen simple!
