Fabulous! My picky teen boys even ate it! That's high praise in it self. The marinade complements the salmon and does not over power it. Yummy!

Living in Alaska we get a lot of salmon. Unfortunately my husband is not a huge fan, he'll eat it but doesn't love it- until this recipe! Absolutely the best hands down! I can't say enough good about it! Important to not overcook as is always the case with any fish, Enjoy!!

I actually used the marinade on turkey tips overnight. very simple and I had all of the ingredients already. very good

Really delicious way to cook salmon and I've used the same marinade successfully on prawns I'm not too keen on garlic powder so I leave this out and put a couple cloves of garlic in the bag when I marinate

Great recipe! I'm not a big fish eater, and I really enjoyed this. My kids even liked it. I wrapped it in foil packets and baked in the oven at 450 for 13 minutes then unwrapped them sprinkled a little brown sugar over the top and broiled for couple minutes. Only thing I will do different next time is save a little of the marinade and drizzle over the top when its all done cooking.

So I am not what you call a fish person but since fish cooks quickly and is healthy I figured after years of not eating fish I would give it a try. This was delicous. As the other reviewers suggested I cooked it in a foil packet as per the fish guy at the supermarket I cooked my piece for 25 minutes at 350. Next time I make this I am going to put brown sugar on top of the fish a couple minutes before finish and switch it to broil I think. Oh and pour more of the marinade in the packet to pour on the fish when it is on the plate.
