The ingredients aren't the traditional items found in my cupboard, but once I got everything I needed, the chicken was amazing! Made it for family guests, and everyone raved about it.

I am trying to find new ways to make chicken every night and this recipe gave us a refreshing change. It was light in taste and satisfying, it being the first time I've ever cooked with rosemary. I modified it quite a lot due to garlic allergies and what I had in the cupboard. I used 2 tbsp white vinegar,1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, rosemary pepper and salt, and salt to taste after cooked. I cooked a pound of chicken tenders from frozen at 350 degrees for 60mins. I served over brown rice and they were very moist, fell apart, no knife needed. Thanks for the recipe.
