It was good. I used Maine Lobster Tails since that it what I had on hand. I prefer broiled lobster tails better though.

Delicious! My first time cooking lobstor at home, and will definately use this recipe again & again! Didn't need the whole marinade though, so will probably cut the recipe in half. I don't think we cooked it long enough either, but it was still great.

These were FANTASTIC!!!!! They truly melted in your mouth, with such great flavor! I did use 4 smaller 4oz tails, and just reduced the cook time.Highly recommend to anyone who loves to grill anything and everything!

These are easily the BEST lobster tails my husband and I have ever made. My husband's family owns a lobster/steak house in New York and he grew up working in the restaurant and trying the various lobster dishes they had and he feels this one truly supercedes them all. We did use butter to dip the lobster meat in and I would do that again, however, I feel the flavor in the lobster meat was SUPERB with this sauce. It was truly the best quality lobster meat we have ever had and will be the only way we make this in the future. Thank you so much for this recipe!

Followed the recipe exactly. It was delicious. I took the meat completely out, although it was still attached to the tail and let it grill with the meat completely exposed to the grill and the shell resting on the meat. I basted the meat front and back as the tail was was easy to manipulate while the meat was out. Lobster is so expensive. I only cooked two tails, could have easily eaten more. Have fun cooking.

This is FANTASTIC! My parents are seafood freaks and have always made great meals. They love this just as much as I do which means it must be good. Will be using this for many years to come! Thanks Joe!

I used fresh garlic (minced) instead of powder in the marinade since I had some to use up. I used skewers to keep the tails from curling on the grill, but the exposed ends caught on fire even after soaking so I had a bit of a grill fire for a bit. I served it with some grilled asparagus and the tomato and garlic pasta from this site. Major points with husband (and on a budget compared to the same dinner out!)

Woooweee! This was so good, talk about simple with a bang! This is it. I agree no butter needed, but I made the same recipe and used butter instead of olive oil to serve on the side and people were putting it on their steaks!!

This recipe is absolutely delicious! The lobster was tender, tasty and so easy to make. This was my second time trying lobster - and the first wasn't so good, so I wasn't too keen - but I ABSOLUTELY loved this! I will definitely be making this again!

I loved this recipe. It was so simple to prepare and just delicious! My husband couldn't get enough. We had metled butter on the side for dipping the lobster in. This recipe is has become a household favorite.

This was a great and simple dish to make. The marinade keeps the lobster tails very moist... no need for butter with this lobster. This is paired wonderfully with the Grilled Shrimp Scampi.
