I followed the recipe pretty closely and they turned out pretty good. I thought the ones that I left a little more potato on the skins turned out the best.

very easy quite delicious! made a ton for a BBQ and they were eaten so fast- gotta love finger foods! To make these vegetarian, I used morningstar bacon and subbed olive oil and a few pinches of dry rosemary.

Excellent, cutback on microwave cooking time, but other than that followed recipe, this recipe it in the keeper file!!! Thanks for sharing!!

I used packaged oscar meyer bacon bits as I was in a bit of a rush and they came out GREAT! I'll use this recipe again and again.

Very good and pretty easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly. They didn't turn out as crispy as they should have been but that's probably because I have an electric grill. I used the biggest potatoes I could find, they were probably more medium-sized not large so they were a little too salty.

These were pretty good, and easy to make. Definitely a great idea; we made them on the grill with our steaks and didn't need to heat up the oven. I made a small serving of mashed potato with the pulp I removed, so nothing went to waste.

Great idea to do these on the grill! They are quick and delicious. My kids like them too, and they are not fans of potatoes.
