8 fresh oysters in shells
1/3 cup Fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
hot pepper sauce to taste
salt to taste
My husband requested oysters for his birthday dinner...we had them raw, in pasta, and in this recipe. This was our favorite! Bar-b-queing the oysters also made shucking much easier.
I mixed the ingredients together and poured them over freshly grilled oysters. AMAZING! And so simple - thank you! :D

These are great. This was my first time grilling oysters so I was a bit leary. They turned out great.

This tangy marinade makes the shrimp both moist and flavorful.
These easy shrimp have lots of flavor and a great little “kick.”
