This was a nice change from the strictly savory recipes I normally use. I followed the recipe exactly only using fresh garlic in lieu of powder. I doubled the recipe for 2 flank steaks and put one in the freezer in the marinade. It makes it easy to just defrost and throw it on the grill when ready in the evening. Thanks! Can't wait to try the 2nd one!

We loved it. I actually had to use Blood Orange Marmalade and it was great. Only thing I would do differently is add some salt & pepper. Otherwise, this one is a definite keeper.

Great marinade-it gave the flank steak a nice, mild flavor.

Very tasty. I didn't have any marmalade, so I substituted with frozen oj concentrate-seemed to work fine. I served with mixed grilled veggies (zucchini, onion, mushroom). Next time I might try to spice it up with a little red pepper flake, but it is great as is.

This marinade was wonderful! I don't have a grill and flank steak was too expensive, so I improvised. I used fajita style beef and cooked it up in my wok. I threw some broccoli & peppers in with the leftover marinade. Wow! Thank you!
