Our grilled swordfish using this marinade was AWESOME!! I used the grated ginger and sesame oil in the mix as suggested by other reviewers. Both The Hub and I thought it tasted just like a melt in your mouth sirloin steak. Fish was only in marinade for an hour. We've been wanting to eat more fish and now we certainly will!

Good recipe for swordfish. It lets you taste the swordfish steak instead of masking it with a heavy sauce.

We were pleasantly surprised by this! I was worried about all the poultry seasoning but it really added a nice flavor! I combined a bit of sour cream with minced onion, horseradish and dijon to make a garnish/sauce that went nicely over it. I would make this again! Thank you!

Excellent! I made this exactly as the recipe stated, but I marinated for 8 hours. Nice and juicy with lots of flavor. My kids loved it, definitely will make again.
