Fantastic! Me and my husband loved it! Extremely lean with a light but very savory flavor to them. We will definitely make them again, no changes to the recipe needed. This would definitely impress some company.

This was super awesome! The only thing I would change would be a litle less salt. Other than that it was perfect!

This was fantastic! I ended up broiling the shrimp since we were out of propane for the grill. Broiled them for about 5min on each side. I will probably use a little less salt and hot sauce to make to my family's tastes. I served with rice. Can't wait to make again!

Tried this tonight and it was good. I used only 1 teaspoon of oregano, but I will use the full measurement next time. In an effort to be "kid-friendly", I also didn't use the full measure of hot sauce, but will do so next time. I marinated for 1 hour and grilled on skewers. As you can tell, I *will* use this recipe again...with grits. Mmmm.

that was good. Followed the recipe exactly and worked out absolutely fantastic. My wife does not eat shrimp, she tried it, and ended up eating 16 pieces of shrimp. I was amazed.

This recipe was very simple and quick that me and my bro made for a family function. It came out so good, we made a batch for a thanksgiving side dish. I think this is the best non-restaurant cooked shrimp that I have had. Great recipe!

I tried this recipe out because of the high ratings and reviews and followed it almost exactly except for the hot sauce (I only put in 1 tsp - I'm a lightweight when it comes to heat). This turned out absolutely delicious and my family loved it.

I made this for my Mom's birthday. They loved it and agreed with other reviewers that it needed no sauce. I used fresh oregano and may have used a little much, which is why I rated it 4 stars. I thought it was good, just not the "melt in your mouth" quality that I save for five stars. I served it with grilled squash/zuccini, salad and black bean/corn relish. I really thought it worked perfectly with those. Tomorrow I am using the left overs to mix with homeade pico and avacado for a shrimp salad. I think it will be great! Thanks for a great recipe!

I can't even begin to tell you how good this is. I do let it marinade overnight, which seems to let the flavors come together better. I have made this several times and tried other recipes, and it's hard to beat this recipe. If you haven't tried it yet, your missing out!

I have a really good commercial marinade I like for shrimp, so I rarely actually use a recipe. However, I did try this one and it is absolutely wonderful. My whole family loved it. It isn't that much more work and definitely worth the effort!

Fabulous served over linguine with fresh chopped tomatoes, basil and feta cheese and sprayed with fresh lemon. Delicious fall-back recipe for every-day dinner or special occasions. I omit the parsley just because I'm lazy and it doesn't seem to hurt the flavor.

Delish!! These are perfect as a side dish to any meal. We like our food spicy, so I add oil that is infused with red pepers. All I do is saute for a few minutes my red peper flakes in the oil and let it cool. Its great to give your food a little kick without really changing the flavor.

WOW! This recipe is top notch! I think it is one of new favorites. I followed the recipe as written with only one minor change...I decreased the tabasco to only 4 tsp. This made the heat perfect especially for my kids. I marinated the shrimp in only 1/2 of the sauce and saved the rest for serving with angel hair pasta. Put a little sauce on the pasta and toss. A little sauce goes a long way but it adds LOTS of delicious flavor. I then topped the pasta with the shrimp. FANTASTIC!!
