This is excellent. I always change things up to my tastes, but this one I can do as written. Things I have changed are: substitute lime juice instead of lemon, omit the oregano, and add less of the tomato paste. Will be making fore year to come.

Delicious! The marinade was very light and added perfect flavor. The only changes I made was to use ketchup instead of tomato paste because that was all I had, and I made them with the broiler. Thanks for a great recipe, I will definately make these again!

Great flavor. I've made several times and always get asked for the recipe. I add pepper flakes for a little more heat.

Very good marinade. I used EVOO and I think it was a little too much olive flavor. Next time I'll use vegetable oil and probably cut it down to 3/4 of a cup. Otherwise, it was very tasty!

What a great recipe! The marinade was easy to throw together (with ingredients I almost always have on hand -- a definite plus!) and the flavor was excellent. I will definitely be making this again!

This came out fantastic! I used 2 lbs of large pre-cooked frozen shrimp (about 40 shrimp in all, 6 per skewer) and substituted cilantro for parsley. I did add a bit of cayenne pepper to the marinade right before basting them on the grill. Also, do not marinade with the lemon juice. Add that to the mix before basting (or you will make the shrimp rubbery). Baste often, and liberally! This said, all of my guests thought this was the best tasting grilled shrimp they have ever had! I have to agree... making it again today!

nice and easy fool proof recipe. I did add some ketchup to give it a sweet element with the spice. I also added fresh basil as some reviewers also did. Really great especially for south beach dieters and diabetics.

Nice spicy shrimp, and happy to find a recipe that doesn't call for butter. I cooked mine in a grill pan on the stove, then heated the marinade to boiling and mixed everything with some seashell pasta.

I made this as-is and it came out wonderful! My kids even liked this recipes and they are not big shrimp eaters. I think next time I will use cilantro instead of the parsley to give a mexican flare.

This was great! Someone mentioned Chardonay so I had a glass and forgot to add the tomato paste and it was still great. I used fresh oregano so I doubled the amount. Made this and served over forbidden rice for hubby's birthday along with a tomato/avocado/mozarella salad drizzled with balsamic reduction. Saved in My Recipes for future reference and I'll try to remember to add the tomato paste/sauce next time. Bon Appetite!

WOW...what great flavor! This is a killer recipe. I had 1 lb of shrimp so I halved the recipe. Used the marinate to baste the shrimp as well as some grape tomatoe and yellow squash kabobs on the grill. The vegies turned out great as well. The shrimp were out of this world. I didn't change the recipe at all, but did a 5 hour marinade, so the zing of the pepper sauce really showed through. I will be making this again.
