Chef John has don it again! Nice job! Delicious :-)
Made this as kebabs. Delicious! I had this as one option in a meal for company that didn't really like lamb (and I don't necessarily either unless paired properly) and got lots of compliments. It was even good cold (which I don't think usually works for lamb).
Made this tonight for my wife and 3 teenage kids. It is truly delicious and quick and easy to make. I served it with spinach cooked in lemon juice and some lightly sautéed zucchini
I made this last night and my husband and 18 month old loved it! Will cook again with no changes:)
Mmmm, so tasty and I only marinated it for 2 hours. The lamb was so tender and juicy. I will definitely use this recipe again. Thanks!
Thanks for this delicious recipe! Made lamb chops for the first time tonight and my family loved them.
These were wonderful! Husband said make sure you know how to make these again! I didn't have any plain yogurt, so used real mayonnaise and only marinated for about an hour. These could be a new favorite!
