Super flavorful. :) I marinated overnight. No lemons around, so I substituted them for limes. I also substituted veggie oil for olive oil, and used chops with the bone. Really easy as well.

My husband and three small kids all ate it great, my hubby and daughter actually said they loved it! I however just thought it was okay. I have learned though that when I hear lemon I think sweet and it definately wasn't sweet. So out of my family of 5, two rated this a 5, two rated it a 4 and one rated it a 3. The only thing I changed was I had two really large boneless pork chops so I butterflied them and grilled on the George Foreman.

This is a very good recipe for grill pork chops. I marinated mine about 4 hrs. and it turned out wonderful. Everyone like them even my sister-in-law who does like anything but hamburgers.

I have made these pork chops several times now and they are delicious. I follow the recipe as stated and they turn out wonderful. For the best results, marinade the chops overnight. It takes no effort to make these and the recipe can easily be scaled down for 2 people without wasting anything.

The whole family loved this from the 2 year old on up. My 4 year old daughter even asked for an extra chop! We are grilling novices, but I'd label this recipe as fool proof and fantastic!

Good flavor, although not that distinctive. It kept the pork chops moist (after a few hours marinating), was not overly lemony, and had a nice, strong flavor. I cut the garlic a little or it would have overpowered. I will probably make it again.

I used olive oil, but didnt change anything else. Marinated overnight and even used pretty cheap pork chops. Fabulous taste! Will definitely make again!

This is a great way to prepare pork chops. They turned out moist and delish! I made a sauce using the ingredients from the marinade(garlic, lemon juice & oregano) and thickened with cornstarch and served with rice. YUM!
