very good. Slightly strong lemon flavor. I did double the pepper and oregano just because my husband and I like a lot of spice. Will definitely make again!

I followed the directions as written... marinated for 24 hrs... Awesomely tasty and tender! Grilled 5 -7 min per side for 1 inch thick boneless chops!

I love lemon and had to try this recipe... loved it! I marinaded it over night and used Lemon Olive Oil.

I was looking for seomthing to do with my chops, had all the ingredients, and decided to give this a try. I did sub garlic powder for the minced - it's what I had. The chops were moist, tender, and whole family liked them.

We followed the recipe to a "T" but the chops came out dry dry dry. We marinated them overnight too. Not sure what went wrong. We did not overcook or substitute a thing. I think this type of chop should be pan seared before cooking, it can dry easily. The sauce gave little flavor to the chops too.

Flavorful and easy. It didn't knock my socks off but the chops tasted great and were tender. Overall a solid recipe that I will make again. Marinaded for 8 hours.
