This marinade was amazing and super simple. I made it my own by adding a little extra garlic (which we love) and using coconut oil in place of the vegetable, for a different flavor. It turned out fantastic, very juicy flavorful pork chops with just a few hours of marinating!

one of the best pork chop marinades I've come across to date! We were both surprised at how tasty these were for such a simple marinade. I followed the recipe for the marinade exactly but only gave it about 30 mintues to marinade which was plenty of time. They were so flavorful it made us think that 2 hours or over night would be WAY too long/too strong. You could do 2 hours if you have really thick chops..but we think 30 min to an hour for chops 1/2 to 3/4 inch chops is great.

Loved this recipe. Simple and delicious. I used bone in pork chops (about 1 inch thick). Grilled for 7 min. on first side and 5-7 on other side, then let rest for 7 min. Served with a baked potato and veggie. Perfect!

I only had time to marinate these for an hour...I definitely recommend marinating for MUCH longer...they were good though, really moist...I added honey and a little soy...

These turned out okay. I used too much lemon juice, so they tasted a little funny. I will try these again and not go overboard on the lemon juice.

Great seasoning. Complements the pork and adds enough flavor but isn't overwhelming. Used fresh squeezed lemon juice.
