green bell peppers, cut in quarters and seeded
red bell peppers, cut in quarters and seeded
red onion, cut into 6 wedges
1 (16 ounce) tube
polenta, cut into 1/2-inch rounds
I loved this except I left out the nuts/raisons. I don't like nuts and fruit mixed in with my savory. OH and no mush either (polenta)side dish of rice.
