Grilled Halibut with Mustard Dill Sauce
SUBMITTED BY:
Laura Perry
"Moist fish steaks are draped with thick and creamy sauce in this flavorful recipe shared by Laura Perry. The Exton, Pennsylvania cooks says the topping makes a nice alternative to traditional tartar sauce and is just as good on swordfish."

I liked how this recipe was healthy and how the fat free yogurt gave the sauce a smooth texture. However, the amount of mustard the recipe calls for didn't give it enough of a kick, though this is my personal preference. I added more mustard, a pinch of raw, finely chopped garlic and a squirt of lemon. This went well with grilled asparagus btw. Not sure if I would use this recipe again though it wasn't all that bad.

Yum! This is really good. The only thing I did differently is I spread some butter on the fish & sprinkled it with garlic salt then broiled. The dill sauce is totally yummy. I even put it on my asparagus. I didn't have fresh dill so I used one tablespoon of dried dill weed. I am anxious to try it with fresh dill.

Superb! I used the sauce on Swordfish steaks. Rubbed the steaks with salt, pepper, a squeeze of lemon and a dab of red crushed pepper, broiled for 8-10 minutes and topped with sauce...boyfriend raved about it!
