A new favorite, no doubt. I took the advice of many people saying it had too much lime and just withheld lime from the dressing. i kept the marinade the exact same. SOO soo good all together.

I made these fish tacos for a few of the neighbors at a dinner get-together. It was a big hit, everyone loved the tilapia. Served it with cilantro-lime rice. Fun meal and easy.

Wonderful, I LOVE fish tacos and made this with mahi mahi tuna. The only thing I didnt have was adobo sauce and had no clue what to replace it with, so my sour cream mixture was a bit bland. My own fault though. We had other stuff on hand to put on the tacos, and they were just deelish.

Great sauce. I baked in foil for 8-12 mins instead of grilling. Turned out great. Garnished with precut cabbage slaw (cabbage and carrots) and a simple aioli (equal parts mayo and salsa) for creaminess. Will definitely make this again!

I do not like fish at all, but my husband does. I gave this a try, and to my suprise I can now say that I eat tilapia, but only in a taco with chipotle-lime dressing! This is a really fun meal to enjoy outside in the summer with margarita in hand.

Excellent marinade! We did not make the chipotle-lime dressing and instead put sour cream and avocado on them with all the regular taco fixings.

My husband raved about it. For the fish, I sub'd the chili powder for cayenne pepper (all i had), but kept everything else same. The lime dressing I liked, but omitted the chipotle. My husband ate it so fast, I barely had time to scoop up enough for one taco before he finished both of our portions!! lol.. oh, well, that means it was good!! :)

I used Swai Fillet and it turned out really good. My boyfriend loves this recipe. It's good for a hot day, it's light yet filling.

Delicious!! Definately a keeper! The only change I made was using curry powder, rather than the Old Bay since I didn't have any. So mine may be a bit spicier, but soooo good!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!! We did this for a nieghberhood cook out. We used halibut and sea bass OMG it was the best! Only changed the sauce a little bit. Nieghbors told me they had chipolte sauce... turned out to chipolte tabasco. I put quite a bit in there probably 1/4 the bottle still was REALLY REALLY good!! Will definatly make this again!!!

This was delicious. I only marinated the tilapia for an hour and pan-cooked the fish. I mixed the dressing with shredded cabbage and made my own guacamole on the side. I will make this again, but will probably use less oil in the marinade and fat-free sour cream or yogurt for the dressing. Oh yeah, and one other thing: I didn’t have any fish seasoning, so I used garlic salt instead. ?

Muy Bueno!!!! Gotta have the adobo sauce, gives the dressing its kick. Excellent recipe! Grilling was a little tricky tho...so beware.

We loved these! Very light, fresh dinner. I marinaded for about an hour then cooked the fish with the marinade on the stove. I made the dressing too, which we enjoyed, but didn't use any adobo. Served with mango-lime rice. Great, healthy dinner! Thanks!

I'd use the marinade again, but skip the rest. Unfortunately, I opted to use a sturdier fish to grill these on skewers - had never had cobia before and don't think I'll try it again. Marinade would be good with a milder fish, but one that's a little more firm than tilapia. Opted out of the sauce - too many flavors/spices winds up overpowering the main attraction. Thanks for letting me try.

Absolutely delicious. I made a few changes though, for convenience: I sauteed the chunks of fish instead of grilling (only about 2 minutes per side, otherwise you'll overcook the fish), I used a broccoli slaw mix that had cabbage broccoli and carrot in it, worked great, and I added cilantro to the dressing, as well as a topping. Also, I omitted the adobo sauce because I didn't want to open a whole can of chipotle peppers. I heated the tortillas for a couple seconds in a frying pan as well. I served sauteed pineapple on the side. It was great and I will definitely make again--probably tomorrow!
