I am not a big fish taco fan but my husband is. This recipe is flavorful and easy to make. He loved them and there were no left overs.

This is my first time ever having fish tacos. I loved the chipotle-lime dressing. I made the marinade and dressing in the morning so it had all day for flavors to blend. I followed everything to a tee, except I didn't have chipotle sauce, just canned peppers in sauce, so I just minced up the peppers for our taste, one pepper and a tablespoon of sauce was plenty of heat for us...no way could you put 1/2 cup of those in there. We did grill the fish on the gas grill and it was very good, the marinade adds wonderful flavoring. My son who has had fish tacos, said these were the best fish tacos he has ever eaten.

Awesome! Picky boyfriend loved them. I didn't marinate the fish due to time and forgetfulness, instead baked it in the marinade mixture periodically basting, and it turned out great. Warmed up the whole wheat tortillas before adding the fish, then topped with cabbage, shredded carrots, dressing from recipe, fresh lime juice, chopped tomatoes, and fresh avocado. YUM!! Definitely a hit. :)

I had trouble finding adobo. We live in the boondocks so I substituted and it was a real mess. I thought the marinade was ok for the fish but felt like the marinade and dressing were so similar that it was overkill. wish i had read the comments before cooking this because some people had some useful tips!

This is a wonderful recipe with quite a zing to the dressing. I added some mandarin orange pieces to the taco for a great finish. Love this!

WOW! This has to be one of the most rocking fish taco recipe ever! I made it to 9 servings for my family of 4 and barely had any leftovers! I used 1/4 tsp of cumin and 1/4 tsp chili powder since the youngest doesn't like spicy stuff. Otherwise, I followed the marinade exactly. Delicious. Will make this again. :)
