I apologize but I thought this marinade was terribly disappointing. It was way too salty and oily. I threw it out before even adding it to the fish.

I've never been terribly fond of fish...HOWEVER...I LOVED this recipe! I used grouper, which was wonderful. The fish was tasty, light and flakey (even as a leftover!). I could eat this every week.

Not bad. It would have been better had I made it on a grill. But we don't have a grill, so instead I put them in a glass casserole dish in the oven for around 20 mins. I'm still not crazy about fish, but this was nice & tender. Also, I used fresh basil & omitted the parsley, as we were out. Nice one to try though.

I love this recipe. It is easy to do, and tastes great. It is my husband's favorite way to have halibut. We have also made it for company to very good reviews!

This was an excellent recipe. All 4 of my kids loved it and usually getting them to eat fish is like pulling chickens teeth.

This recipe was wonderful! Thank you so much for sharing. I would recommend cutting back on the pepper or it is a little spicy, and I only did half the salt. Thanks!!

This is a great marinade! We have tried it with both grouper, and sea bass, and it has been delicious with both fish. It is so easy that it can be made in the morning with the fish marinating all day, and grilled that night.

Recipe was good, but it took alot of work. Everyone liked it but no one LOVED it. If you want an easy 5 star - try "Almond-Crusted Halibut Crystal Symphony"!!!

This was amazing and worthy of a restaurant. I wanted to make my fiance a really great meal and this did it. There's nothing better than hearing, "Mmmmmm," through the whole meal. I served this with mashed potatoes.

This was so flavorful and good! It's my favorite way to marinade fish. I sauted the fish instead of grilling and it was excellent.

Wow, at first i was weary of how this recipe would come out despite the majority of good reviews. But after trying it yesterday for my fiance, it was absolutely delicious! I did however tweek the recipe. I tasted the mixture before hand and added a little bit more lemon juice and salt & pepper. I also left the fish marinating in the fridge for an extra 30 mins just to make sure the fish wouldn't turn out bland. And one more thing, instead of using Halibut I decided to be bold and used Basa fillets instead. It was still amazing!

Colleen, This recipe was GREAT! Quick & easy! I altered it slightly by using fresh basil (was out of dried) and my boyfriend raved over it... I will definitely pass it on. Thank you!

Halibut is one of my all-time fav. fish and we are fortunate enough to have friends in Alaska who bring us some every year. Fab. recipe! I had to triple the recipe and since I only had dried parsley, I used a little less. Gourmet cusine! Thanks a bunch Colleen!
