I didn't measure anything for this recipe. But, following (loosely) the suggestions, I put in more cilantro, more garlic. Used just under half of a 12 oz honey bear. Didn't have enough lime juice, so also added lemon juice. A generous splash of white wine, and a few pinches of red pepper flakes. Baked at 400 for 18 minutes. I thought this was, albeit still pretty sweet, VERY tasty!! But, the kids - who normally LOVE LOVE LOVE salmon - didn't like it at all.
