Very good! I marinated the chicken overnight (used only two breasts but the full amount of marinade called for in the recipe). I added a little extra olive oil to both the chicken marinade as well as the spinach saute. To the spinach saute, I sprinkled in some seasoned salt and parmesan cheese. Nice presentation as well as taste!

I was looking for a marinated/grilled chicken that would go well as a side to Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad...and this was it. (I didn't do the 'Over Spinach' part of this recipe)

The chicken in this recipe is a "5", for sure (the spinach, more like a "2" or "3"). To start w/, I tripled the marinade...it just didn't seem possible for 2 TBLS of liquid to marinate 3 chicken breasts. I tripled everything and added a dash of worchestershire sauce in place of cayenne pepper. The chicken was great and I think it will be great leftover as wraps or in salads. The spinach...eh....very bland. I was surprised as I was liberal w/the garlic and onions. Pretty tasteless. Doubt I'll make the spinach part again, but the chicken is a keeper!

This was good. I think it would be better with a different flavor other than vinegar. Something creamier may be good. I did add shredded asiago cheese on top, and frozen spinach instead of fresh. I would make again, with a different sauce.

This was a quick and easy dish to put together. The chicken was on the blander side, but an extra dash of cayanne pepper or some salt was all that it needed. The spinach was fantastic. I sprinkled some crumbled feta on top.

This was great! I'll make this over and over. However, I did make two changes. 1)We don't really like cayenne pepper - I substituted worcestershire sauce. 2) doubled the marinade.

Thought the chicken was good but the spinach itself was very plain. Not sure if I would make again.

This was delicious. I did use a bit more olive oil for the marinade,no cider vinegar so made up a tablespoon of malt vinegar, white vinegar and a little apple juice, had run out of dried thyme and oregano, so had to use fresh, left out cayenne pepper. My spinach was fresh out the garden this morning too. Loved it though and will make it again, but with a bit more marinade. Thanks for this, Michelle

I just made the chicken portion of this recipe and served it with some pasta--delicious! I used a little more oil and vinegar to really coat the chicken and marinated it for an hour. When it was fresh off the grill, I melted some grated gouda cheese over it as well, per the other reviewers, but truthfully, I think it would have been just as great without it. This is cheap, easy, and fabulous--will definitely make again!

This was a very impressive looking dish that wowed my dinner guests. I added tomatoes and extra garlic (per previous reveiwer) and then topped it with a little shredded gouda cheese. The cheese really added the extra 'something' that I think the chicken needed. I will be making this again- it's going to be a regular dinner item at my house.

The green onion adds a nice color to this dish. Good use of the ingredients I happened to have in the refrigerator -- I also happened to have fresh thyme, which was a nice addition. Next time I would try to marinade the chicken for a longer period.

I'm a fan of the healthy fare, which is what attracted me to this recipe, however it turned out rather bland. The spinach turned out pretty good, but the chicken needed some kind of extra kick. I might try more garlic next time or throw some tomatoes in for a little bite to the dish.
