Grilled Chicken Kabobs:
1 1/2 pounds
skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into chunks*
baby bella mushrooms (brown mushrooms, about the size of quarters)
reduced-fat Italian salad dressing, divided
Lemon-Scented Wacky Mac:
1 (12 ounce) package
garlic cloves, minced
lemon zest (outer yellow part only)
frozen green peas, thawed
reduced-sodium chicken broth
finely chopped scallions (green parts only)
yellow and red cherry and/or grape tomatoes, halved
The kabobs were amazing! I added green peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes, and potatoes (slightly boiled, soft with fork). I soaked everything in a bottle of italian dressings in fridge for two hours...omg sooooo good!
The pasta was bland, but we added parm cheese on top....that helped
