Done exactly as recipe states and was very good. They took longer than 15 min on the grill, though.

Skipped the breadcrumbs and marinated the chicken in lemon and garlic first. It was awesome!

Great recipe. My chicken breasts were thicker and I only have a little table top gas grill so I did need to put them in a 350 degree oven for about 45 min. The only other problem with them was I didn't make enough! This one will be a sure keeper.

I was a little leary about grilling the chicken, but it turned out fantastic. A better wrap job on my part would have saved a little cheese from leaking out, but all-in-all it was a fantastic way to do something different with chicken on the grill.
