I actually used the suggestion to bake it since didn't have the time to start up the grill and do it the right way. It still turned out pretty good. And actually got a complement out of it, as well as someone asking for the recipe. Good one to try.

To cold to grill so I made this in the crock pot. Excellent! I made the sauce using all apple juice and no water, poured into crock pot and added pork chops and cooked for 4-5 hours on high. Turning chops every 2 hours. A hint of apples and not to sweet. Will make this again! Thanks for recipe.

Made in oven because grill is covered in snow. Thought it was a bit bland, but I know oven isn't the best method for cooking chops anyway. May try again in the spring.

It was just an o.k. recipe. We used the ingredients just as a marinade and it was decent tasting but i was NOT impressed. Wouldn't make this again. Marinades you buy at the store have a much better flavor.

My whole family enjoyed these tremendously. Getting four teens to agree on anything, especially with concerns to food, is remarkable.

I used this recipe for chicken instead of pork chops. I used 3 boneless, skinless half-chicken breasts, and it turned out AMAZINGLY. This is my new favorite chicken recipe, and I can't wait to have it again. The sauce is UNBELIVEABLE. It is on the sweet side (for those of you who aren't fans of that) but I think it's perfect. I would definitely recommend this recipe to everyone!

These were AWESOME! My husband doesn't really care for pork chops, but he had 2 of them! It was too cold out for grilling, so I simmered them in a skillet with the sauce. Very tasty!

Delicious and easy. I had to bake mine, my griller wasn't home. Baked at 350 for 30 minutes turned them over baked for 30 minutes more. Tender, juicy and tasty.

Very good. I also substituted Jack Daniels for the Apple Juice. I also had to substitute for the Ginger since I was out and I used 1/4 tsp of Thyme and 1/4 tsp of Savory. I baked them in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 but had to make adjustments due to 1st shift factory workers in my family. I left the chops in the oven for an extra 45 minutes at 250 and they carmalized and were still very very moist. Definitely a recipe keeper and can't wait to try it on the grill this summer. Great Recipe.

Everyone loved the sauce, most said it was like a sweet and sour flavour. Mine came out a litttle thin, next time I will add more corn starch.

These were great! I served them with Cinnamon Rice with Apples and green beans and it was one of my favorite meals ever! I had to bake them because it was too cold to grill successfully, but the flavor was great and they were very tender. I marinated them in some of the sauce for 60-90 minutes then basted them and served the remainder of the sauce on the side. Very sweet, but very good.

My family loved this. I cut the sugar to just over 1/4 cup and used Wondra rather than corn starch.

Sauce was sweet, I think it should have been marinated first, then a sauce.

We marinated our chops for a day in the fridge and then cooked them in the broiler because we have 2 feet of snow. Can't exactly grill. It was juicy and tender and delicious!

It was good...and easy but certainly not fantastic. I marinated the chops and then baked them in the oven for about an hour. Flavor was good

Awesome! Our family loved it! I doubled the recipe and marinated the meat for about an hour while I prepared the rest of our dinner then cooked on the George Foreman grill which worked just fine. Definately will "repeat" this recipe! JP
