This is an easy, tasty recipe for pork chops on the grill. I was worried that they would be dry, so I made a marinade of soy sauce, apple juice, water, salt, and pepper, placed the pork chops in a large plastic bag, poured the marinade over, and put it in the fridge overnight. This really helped...the pork chops were nice and juicy! I did feel that the sauce was a little runny, though. Next time I make these, I will certainly add a little more cornstarch. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

Very good recipe and enjoyed by the wife. Easy to make too. I didn't marinate and went right by the recipe. Did baste the pork chops while on the grill. Cooked them up to about 145 degrees and were very juicy. I took some homegrown tomatoes and cut them into large wedges and threw them on the grill too. The flavor of the tomatos with the pork chops was fantastic. Give it try!

This was very yummy! I'm not a big fan of pork chops but my husband is. I read the reviews on this and said it's worth a try. I followed one reviewers tip, did not use water, salt, cornstarch, halved the oil, increased the soy sauce and marinated the chops for about 30 mins. It was divine! If my husband ever wants pork chops again this is the only recipe I will be using.

Blah--I thought the kids would like it because of the sweetness but only 1 out of 2 did and it was too sweet for me and my husband.

This was a good way to prepare pork chops, but fairly boring. I actually let the pork marinade in the mixture for about 4 hours before grilling it. I also added some garlic, just to spice it up a little. The pork was good, however, I'm not sure I would make it again.

My family loved this... the meat was very tender and juicy. Since the meat was so sweet, I served it with Parmesan Sage Rice and it was great together.

Very good. The only changes I made were instead of using apple juice and soy sauce I used 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce. My husband loved it!

I have made this a couple of times. My very very picky 9 year old loves it. He ate 2 pork chops. I usually double the sauce to pour over white rice.

I followed this recipe but cut in half and it seemed really oily and bland. I dumped it and made a bbq sauce instead.

This was a tasty, simple recipe! My 4 year old gobbled up every bite. I cooked them on an indoor grill. This is a great recipe if you forgot to marinade your meat and need a meal pretty quick. Next time I will try it on chicken.

Wonderful! I used it as a marinade for the chops, as well as for skewers of mushrooms and zucchini--wow! It made the grilled mushrooms have a crispy crust that was so good, I never would have thought they would be so good. I followed the recipe exactly, except for adding a splash of liquid smoke. This has now become the only way I do pork chops and mushrooms on the grill. Thanks for a great recipe!

Ordinarily I'm not real big on pork chops unless they're fried, but I agreed to try this because my wife wanted to. I loved it! This is a dish we can serve to company as well. I used a gas grill and cooked them with indirect low heat for about 20 minutes. Really tender and juicy.

pretty good! i don't like cooking things on the grill that are marinated or coated because it makes a mess of my bbq. instead i just did it on the stove top and turned out yummy.
