I love this recipe. I browned a pound of grounded pork sausage, and melted the cream cheese in it. Then I stuffed the deseeded pepper and wrapped it with as much bacon as needed (one or two slices). I also used the oven instead of the grill. MMMM MMMM very tasty!

I thought these were excellent. I needed more peppers than called for and I did add some dry ranch dressing mix to the cream cheese. Lots of reviews said to use a whole slice of bacon, however, we only used half slice and found that to be very satisfactory.

I made this last week. I have a 6 Jalapeno plants and pepper coming out my ears. I used 1 slice of Smoked Bacon on each. Was really yummy. Thanks!

I have made these several times...I use fat free cream cheese and only a half a piece of bacon for each. They turn out great!!

I thought these were good, but not spectacular. I used chive and onion cream cheese with a little bit of shredded cheddar mixed in. I will definitely make them again, but I won't grill them. Much, much easier just to pop them in the oven. I will also doctor up the filling. Maybe add some canned chili's and garlic powder.

I have made these on my own and didn't know there was recipe. But, I stretch the bacon end to end and around to cover entire jalapeno so the cheese won't seep out as bad. Also, best sauce in world to dip is Smuckers Strawberry Preserves (I use less sugar one) and heat up in micro. It's a sweet/hot/salty mix and delicious!

EVERYONE loved these this past weekend! I baked them at 375 for about 25 minutes instead of grilling them though.

This is a family favorite! We often make these for cook outs. My husband and I use smoked salmon cream cheese and add some shredded cheese. These are the best!

Easy to make. Just make your grill is really hot. So the bacon cooks fast enough and the cream cheese won't soften to much.

We LOVED these, way more than I expected, actually! I made sure to get all the membranes/seeds out, because we really don't like super hot stuff, and they were perfect. I can't believe three simple ingredients could taste so good! I took a previous reviewer's idea and baked them at 425 for 20 minutes, then broiled them for a few minutes to crisp the bacon. I can't wait to make them again!

These are sooooo delicious! I baked mine for 20 minutes at 375 degrees and then broiled until the bacon was crispy. I took them to a party and they were gone in 10 minutes! Definitely try to make sure to get out as much of the membrane as possible...people who are afraid to try them will try a small one, and those are the ones that tend to be spicier since it is harder to get the membrane out. You might scare those people off! Incredibly delicious though.

very good! thanks for the recipe. i made sure to get all the seeds out cos i dont care for "too hot", but i didnt get all the membranes out at the narrow ends and they definitely had heat. i got pretty decent size jalapenos so for most of them i had to wrap 2 slices of bacon around...and it wasnt too much! very easy and good. oh, and one more suggestion to those who arent jalapeno conessieurs - wear gloves when dealing with these!!

These are dangerous! I mixed shredded cheddar in with the cream cheese and I baked these in the oven (425) for about 25 minutes. Yum. Could've eaten all of them myself. Will be making these again!

These were great. The assembly was messy but fun! I put a piece of non stick aluminum foil on the grill so it could catch all the grease.

We really liked these a lot! I added crumbled blue cheese to the cream cheese, which worked out really well! The only problem is that fatty bacon on a flame grill doesn't work too well together. You have to watch it like a hawk or they will be burned to a crisp! We will definitely make these again!

I made these with pre-cooked bacon. I softened peppers in oven for about 10 minutes before stuffing them, and then threw them in the oven. They were tasty and not too greasy.
