This was great - pre-cooked my bacon in the microwave for a couple of minutes so the bacon was crisp - otherwise recipe was as written. Only problem is that I did not make enough. Thanks for the great recipe.

These were pretty good. I baked them rather than cooking them on the grill and they came out pretty greasy. I will try again on the grill or in the oven on a broiler pan. It seemed like it took a while to prepare only to end up with a small amount of appetizers. I have considered making the Jalapeno Popper Dip in place of these...

Got only rave reviews when I made them...I also mixed in shredded sharp cheddar with the cream cheese. Still trying to find an optimal oven temperature though...i baked them at 350F for 40 min and while the bacon came out nicely the bottoms of the jalapenos were burnt.

I actually didnt grill these, I broiled them. By broiling them the bacon didnt get as cooked as I prefer- if they had been on the grill they probably would have. I loved them!!

Our grill died a slow death, so I'm happy that I could use the oven. I baked them at 425 for 20 minutes and then broiled to crisp the bacon. I took out the seeds and membranes. They had a little heat, but not much. Perfect for our family. On some of the peppers I used a whole slice of bacon and other only half. Awesome appetizer! Will make again soon!

Anything wrapped in bacon is good. Jalapenos wrapped in bacon are great! Love this recipe. I opted for the oven over the grill but it turned out delicious anyway!

I followed recipe almost exactly substituting turkey bacon for regular. It was very, very good. My husband ate them all up! Also, since it was raining I cooked them up in my toaster oven at 450 degrees. Yummy!

These were awesome!!! I added some cheddar cheese to the cream cheese and refrigerated for 3 hours to get the filling nice and cold. I seared them with the BBQ on (have the squirt bottle handy!!) then moved them to one side and finished them with indirect heat. We could not believe how well the cheese stayed in!! Thanks for a great recipe--so easy-will definitely make again!!

MMMM!!! Very tasty! Very small change I made was to sprinkle garlic powder on before wrapping with bacon. Grilled on medium heat about 10 minutes on each side, starting with cut side down so that the cream cheese didn't all melt out. Bacon cooked up nice. Peppers were done just right. Extremely quick and easy! Good recipe!

These are awesome! couple things.... those that said to wear gloves were not joking i tried just washing my hands alot while preparing them and my hands are still burning. I also boiled the peppers prior to grilling to soften them and they came out really limp, but still really good. I am making them again and i am not boiling them to see the difference. I did freeze them so cheese would not ooze and i did not put bacon on all of them and those were yummy also. great snack for football- thanks
