Simple and easy. I put my asparagus on a grill pan to prevent them from falling through the grate, but you can't beat the taste of grilled asparagus.

I had never grilled asparagus before although it is one of my fave veggies. This recipe was so easy and delicious that we made it 2 days in a row and will be sure to include it in every family barbecue!!!

We always grill our asparagus. I use an olive oil pump spritzer. It coats nicely without having to add too much oil. Try it with a little garlic powder, so tasty.

Yummy! I used butter instead of olive oil. And plenty of kosher salt and pepper. Also I put them on kebab skewers for easy turning.

Excellent! Next time I'm going to use thicker asparagus. Don't use the thin stuff, it'll get mushy and burnt in a heartbeat.

Very easy and quick. Prior to grilling, I pre-heated water in microwave then steamed the asparagus in the microwave for 5 minutes with the pre-heated water. They were delicious.

we LOVE asparagus but was not a big hit. I had a single layer on the BBQ but some seemed to cook and some did not. And the BBQ flavor just id dnot seem to be very good. Will stick with steaming.

My partner loves Asparagus this way! We add fresh squeezed lime juice just before serving and dish it up with smoked salmon.

We LOVE asparagus, this wasn't my favorite recipe, I really wanted to try grilling and it just wasn't as good as cooking it inside. It was dry & stringy (which may have been the asparagus itself) but the smokey grill flavor just didn't mix with the asparagus in my opinion.

So simple but soooo good. We have an indoor/outdoor Foreman grill and they took about 15 minutes on high to get to the way I like them. I started out breaking them at the natural breaking point, then putting in layers and drizzling with olive oil, garlic salt, and cracked black pepper. They made 2 layers. I tossed them around before putting on the grill. Then when I pulled them off I topped with fresh parmesan. VERY good!!! Thanks!

I made these last night. After reading a LOT of other member comments, I decided to marinate in EV olive oil, coarsley-ground pepper, kosher salt (only a bit of salt), minced garlic and a bit of balsamic vinegar, for about 2 hours. Threaded on to bamboo skewers and grilled on the barbecue at a medium heat setting for a total of about 5-6 minutes. Absolutely to DIE for! THE BEST asparagus I've ever eaten. My guest raved about them long after the meal was over. Served with peppercorn-encusted strip loin steak, greek lemon pototoes and grilled red and orange peppers.
