It's just one of those salads that was created on a gorgeous summer evening with a bunch of stuff I had in the fridge. Grilled asparagus is tossed with spinach and parmesan cheese. My husband and I love it!

Asparagus is grilled or sauteed with shallots, balsamic and red wine vinegars, and served with bread and roasted garlic.

Fresh asparagus is marinated in a Burgundy wine mixture for several hours, then cooked on the grill. This is a great way to enjoy the springtime harvest! Arrange the asparagus around your entree, and grill them at the same time.
