Need another way to use green tomatoes? Puree them and heat with sugar and fruit flavored gelatin (use your favorite flavor!) and you've got freezer jam.

This is a moist, spice-type cake...a good way to use some of those extra green tomatoes before frost hits.

Something irresistible happens to green tomatoes when you follow this recipe. They are sliced, coated sugar, lemon juice and peel, cinnamon, butter, and flour, and then they are baked in a double-pastry crust.

This is my version of Mom's version of Granny's Green Tomato Ketchup! No sterilizing jars and canning...just eating and enjoying! Use this as a sidedish, or on potatoes or even with corn chips instead of salsa!

This is a simple and sweet version of the classic green tomato pie. Lots of sugar, spices, and a smidgen of flour are sprinkled over sliced green tomatoes. Then they 're tumbled into a pastry shell, topped with a round of pastry, and the pie is baked until golden and delicious.
