Ingredients

  • 1 large avocado, peeled and pitted
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold water

Directions

  1. Combine the avocado, lime juice, green onion, cucumber, salt, and water in a blender; blend until smooth.
