If you're hungry and want to fill your stomach, this will do. If you want flavor or to enjoy your calories, spend them elsewhere. It was very bland. Since there are lots of leftovers I will try to jaz this up some, but I likely won't make it again.

This was a hit with my husband! We really liked this recipe. The name of this recipe doesn't make any sense to me, but whatever. I did make some changes. I used 1 Tbsp dried parsley instead of 1 cup fresh parsley. I used zucchini instead of green pepper. I left out the oil and just sprayed the pan. Next time I make this I am going to add 1/2 tsp more salt. I hope you like eating this too!

The rice had zero flavor, and the texture of the dish overall was just off. Perhaps a wild rice would be better than white, but I will not attempt this recipe again.

I really liked this a lot. I had leftover basmati rice, and used a bit of fresh mushroom, green onion, tomato, and broccoli. Really whatever leftover veggies I had. The lemon was a fresh tasting surprise. Delicious!
