This was a real winner! I made for a teacher's dinner at school and everyone loved it. I did add garlic powder and topped it with French's Original French Fried Onions, that gave it a nice crunch! Yum!

This is a great dish to serve with Mexican food. The only thing I added was some ground cumin seed for a little bite. For color I added some grated parmesan cheese and paprika. It's pretty much of a failproof recipe and a great use for leftover rice.

This has been a pot luck staple for years! Add alittle garlic powder and some cajun spice with more salt and pepper to taste. Excellent!!
