We loved this recipe. I did make a few changes. I used left over pork from the night before that I had cooked in the oven with salt, pepper and garlic. I just shredded it and followed the rest of the recipe. I also filled the shells and put them in a 9x13 dish. Topped with the remaining juice from the pan and some cheese. Cooked in a 350 oven for 15 minutes to melt the cheese. It was great. We will have this again for sure. Thanks for the recipe.
