Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
  • 2 tablespoons butter or stick margarine
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced radishes

Directions

  1. Place beans in a large saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil. cook, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. In a skillet, saute onion in butter just until tender. Stir in the beans, lemon juice and soy sauce; cook and stir until heated through. Just before serving, sprinkle with radishes.
