This was great. I used shredded carrots and fresh garlic and the combination of the mushrooms and fresh green beans tasted so good! Will make again!

This was awesome! I will definately make it again, but I will maybe triple the amount of green beans and use olive oil instead of butter! Regardless this is a great recipe! Thank you!!!

This recipe is terrific. We've made it at least 6 times since Thanksgiving. We steam the fresh green beans & carrots for 25 min. That's the only change, everyone loves them! Extra mushrooms are a good idea too.

Excellent side dish! I used canned green beans in place of fresh, and used a generous amount of granulated garlic to sauteed mushrooms and onions. Delicious!

I made this for Thanksgiving and it was very tasty. I doubled the recipe but omitted the onions and carrots and added just a tad of honeybaked ham to the last stage. I used fresh green beans and mushrooms so they were tender but still a bit crisp. They were the first leftover to be completely gone and my child ate them voluntarily!!

I made it for Thanksgiving and noone commented on it except one person. She told me it was really good and I knew she was lying. I will never make this again!!! I was so disapointed.

Great ingredients but a little too mushy for my taste. I steamed the fresh green beans and added them to the mushroom/onion mixture. Definitely would add more spices. I added garlic salt at the end and it made it better.

YUMMY!! I didn't have fresh mushrooms,so I used canned. Still tasted wonderful! I omited the seasoned salt and used garlic powder instead of garlic salt. Also, I didn't have white pepper, so I used black pepper. SO GOOD!

This is an excellent dish, I used fresh ginger, garlic, and soy sauce for the seasoning, have not enjoyed fresh string beans so much in a long time. Will make again for sure.

Fresh tasting, light & nice mixture of colors. Excluded salt, and seasoned salt. Served atop buttered egg noodles. Next time I'll add sliced red bell pepper to make dish even more colorful :)

To make the recipe healthier, I replaced butter with olive oil and did not add salt. Turned out excellent!

Very tasty veggie combination! However, I steamed the beans and carrots instead of boiling, used extra garlic powder instead of garlic salt, and added 1 teaspoon seasoned salt (but no regular salt).
