I loved this one! I read the other reviews, but didn't try boiling the beans first (I'll try that next time, just to be sure). I loved the sesame oil suggestion, so I put the seeds in but also subbed some of the vegegable oil w/sesame oil. To add kick, I recommend adding a bit of cayenne or other "hot" pepper while cooking the green beans. The beans were fresh, hot, and had the perfect blend of crisp- & tender- ness after only a few minutes on medium heat. The short cook/prep time is right on, too! It took me 12 minutes and then a few minutes on very low while my Pad Thai w/tofu (chicken for the husband!) finished up.
This will become a regular at home, and for get-togethers!
