I found this recipe in a rural newspaper years ago and have made it often. The bean bundles are excellent with chicken or beef. Sometimes I'll arrange them around a mound of wild rice to make an appetizing side dish.

Spicy and tasty come to mind. Ginger, garlic and crushed red chilies are cooked in a bit of oil and then green beans are tossed in. That cooks for a few minutes and then soy and oyster sauce are added. When the sauce thickens, it 's time to serve.

Green beans are fried with onion and garlic, then simmered in a Vietnamese style sauce. This side dish, was one of my favorites growing up! It is so flavorful, you won't be able to get enough of it! Enjoy!
