Green Bean Stew

Green beans are layered in a pan with onions and green peppers and then sprinkled with turmeric. Tomato paste is spooned on and the pot is covered and cooked on the stove until everything is tender.

Spicy and tasty come to mind. Ginger, garlic and crushed red chilies are cooked in a bit of oil and then green beans are tossed in. That cooks for a few minutes and then soy and oyster sauce are added. When the sauce thickens, it 's time to serve.
