My sister-in-law gave me this great, simple recipe. Green beans are sauteed in bacon fat, then tossed with toasted nuts and crumbled blue cheese. Very rich and quite fattening, but great for holidays!

Spicy and tasty come to mind. Ginger, garlic and crushed red chilies are cooked in a bit of oil and then green beans are tossed in. That cooks for a few minutes and then soy and oyster sauce are added. When the sauce thickens, it 's time to serve.
