These were pretty good. They were a little too salty for us though, next time I will cut the amount of salt in half.

Made this dish exactly to the recipe this weekend along with Spanikopita and Greek chicken. Awesome meal. The Greek tomatoes came out great. Highly recommended

This is a great simple recipe. I used white onions instead of red & added a little balsamic vinegar. Turned out great!

Fabulous tomato salad. Finally got some good creoles at the grocery store!! (Creole tomoatoes are only grown in certain parts of south Louisiana where the soil is just right.) Extremely flavorful. Made two days in a row! Perfect side to Spinach and Feta Turkey burgers.

These were really good. I could see myself filling a pita poket with this. I will say that I felt it was missing some extra flavor. Perhaps oregano or thyme... Will make again. Thanks.

Two things are really great about this recipe: the simple freshness of flavors and the ease of putting it together. It's 5-stars as is (I don't count cutting the tomatoes into chunks instead of strips a variation!). For variety sometime, I could see adding a touch of mint or even some lime juice. We'll be making it a lot, methinks. Thanks for the recipe!

The first time I made it exactly as written then the next time I chopped the tomatoe and onion and added the rest of the ingre. and refrigerated. I like both ways. Any way you fix it it's very good!! Thanks!

This makes a great side dish to a nice greek dinner. I let mine sit in the fridge for about an hour and added a little more ground black pepper.
