I really liked the ingredient list. I followed it exactly and found the onion to be too strong for my taste. If I were to make it again I would cut the onion to at least half and either put more tomatos in or possibly a bean or small noodle. Thank you sharing this Jerry.

Excellent. Made several times w/ cherry and grape tomatoes purchased at a farmers' market. Cut them in half. They were thin-skinned beauties: they were great and easy to bite into. Don't know how long it's good in the fridge because it goes so fast. I also don't do onion rings. They are difficult to eat. Cut thicker rings, then cut those into 1/8ths or smaller. Other reviewers have great ideas: serve on lettuce, and you could almost add anything and it would taste just as good.

Simple and delicious recipe. I made this exactly as stated (used cider vinegar) except I didn't have any green pepper. It's the kind of salad that must be eaten within the sitting, otherwise it will get soupy.

I thought this was delicious, however my husband found the dressing to be a bit too tangy. Next time i might just cut the amount of red wine vinegear just a touch. I also added cucumbers to the mix. a great easy summer salad for those days when it's just too hot to cook!

I used all the listed ingredients. Although I did add a cucumber and a can of chick peas to make it more a more hearty filler for pita. Went easy on the vinegar/oil and just added to taste. Might have put in an extra pinch of sugar too. It turned out excellent! Perfect greek salad for a cool summer lunch.

Dressing was fabulous! I subbed cukes for the peppers, and left out the onions to make it more kid-friendly. I make Greek salad a lot, but this version is a new fave. My kids used extra dressing for their chicken and rice, and couldn't get enough.

I took this to a friends home for a dinner. I know traditional greek salad doesn't include lettace, but how wonderful this was with some. It got rave reviews. The dressing is perfect. I plan on taking this to a super bowl party.
