Sprinkle with crumble feta cheese before serving and it brings it up one more notch! Yummy!

Love this! I've made it a few times now and each time it just gets better! I add some feta cheese at the end to curb my cheese addiction. Thanks for the recipe!

Very tasty and very easy to make. I allowed it to cook a little longer after adding the tomatoes at the end. Excellent!

Great side dish! I blanched the green beans for 2 minutes, then sauteed them for 3 minutes in order to keep a lot of the nutrients and keep the beans crisp. I also added 2 cloves of chopped garlic when I added the beans to the onions. We are on a low sodium diet, so instead of using salt, I finished this dish off with a heafty squirt of fresh lemon juice. This was really nice served along side chicken pitas with tzatziki! Thanks for this!

Used red onion and loved how it almost caramelized slightly. Very good!

Really very good. I would pre-cook the beans a bit longer - they were kind of crispy. The flavors blend well together.

I like my tomatoes really well warmed and mixed in as if it were sauce. Also, add a large pinch of mint and this dish takes on amazing dimensions!
